The Project and Marketing Coordinator at Savage Consulting is an integral role to help facilitate our business management support to external clients across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will help organize all project activities related to the work completed by our Senior Consultants. A broad-based experience in marketing is a must to assist with the overall execution of client work to help their businesses grow.

If yes, here is a high level overview of the Tasks/ Responsibilities expected:

  • Assists team members with day-to-day tasks and coordination of project and marketing activities.
  • Monitor and track project timelines, ensure deadlines are met and documentation is up to date for internal and external reporting.
  • Assist with the execution of marketing activities both internally and utilizing external service providers.
  • Coordinate the production of artwork, sourcing images, media buying and reviewing and editing copy.
  • Produce clear and concise written correspondence in the form of letters and emails, press releases, website copy, property descriptions, blog posts.
  • Assist with the organization of events from initial setup to take down, working with various vendors and suppliers.
  • Support business development activities by developing a thorough knowledge of the product and services offered.
  • Manage social media campaigns across multiple channels for a variety of clients.

The must have’s:

  • Be able to think outside the box, work under pressure – but maintain a smile on your face!
  • Be well-organized and able to work in a multinational team environment.
  • Be a quick thinker, ability to multitask on various projects and client work.
  • Have attention to detail with a strong ability to review work quickly and efficiency for grammatical or formatting errors.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
  • Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest.
  • Experience with basic design and photo editing is an asset.
  • Familiar with email marketing software, updating and editing websites and online blogs.
  • Detail oriented, timely and focused.
  • Ability to work weekends, public holidays and evenings if required, based on client needs.
  • Reliable and responsible, must possess a valid drivers license.
  • A degree in Marketing/Communications, Business or related field is an asset.
  • Caymanian or status holders preferred.
  • Salary and benefits package will be determined based on experience.
